Tirane is Albania’s capital and largest city, complete with café-lined streets and a thriving nightlife.  Fans of art and culture will enjoy The National Theater of Opera and Ballet as well as the National Arts Gallery, containing over 4,000 works of art.  Some other points of interest include remains of the pre-14^th century Tirane Castle and the Museum of Clock Towers of Albania.  More adventurous travelers can ride a cable car to the peak of Dajti Mountain to experience a panoramic view of Tirane.
